He told me stuff that was hard to believe concerning AA domestic rules. He didn’t elaborate but said the International AA guys it was quite different for. I can’t speak for United or Delta, but I’m still certain you can’t manipulate your schedules and drop as freely as you do here.

I get it’s a legacy and it has more to offer equipment/flying wise etc, but to me the value here is your QOL and life style. My friends at Spirit have absolutely zero stress getting time off for anything. I have one friend that vacations 4/6 times a year. You drop one trip and have over a week off (worst case). There is a hell of a lot to be said for lifestyle.

To me, going to a legacy that offering $20-30K more a year, but not giving you the ability to drop and freely live your life isn’t worth it. I came here for QOL. Nearly everyone in my class did for the same reason.

Everyone has different priorities.
Vegas is all red now. Unless you can drop in IOT. DOT is almost impossible to drop 4 days.

Because I can’t handle another round of “this place sucks, I hope everyone quits.” Except me... “I would leave if I were younger, you should leave.”

Please DFW go to the bottom of whatever list makes you feel like a man.

High Five Bro

The “high five” crap is overdone too BTW. Just like the rest of your post. Old news buddy.

Unless the credit hors slow down probably won’t change. Have talked to 2 guys in the last 2 trips who credited over 185hours last month.

Has anyone heard about when we’re getting the money owed to us from the overcharged medical deductions?

How is this even possible? I pull an x or y list trip when offered and I am lucky to break 110 and only getting 12/13 days off.

What they told me. One was a line pilot who did 185. The other was a instructor I talked with at the hotel and said he credited 204 hours last month.
