iCrew app
This app crashes every time I click on the details for a reservation. I'm on android. Been happening for a long time. Anyone else have this issue? I thought they were going to come out with a new app?

I downloaded the app a while back and submitted my employee number for the access code and haven’t received anything. After requesting the access code several times I’m under the impression the app is not actively monitored.

Contact them directly to “activate” your acct. the auto system they have sucks. It’s as bad as the old Flica app, thank God for Bob Murray and FC View
The app needs a ton of work but it’s the best, and only, way to know we have a booked hotel. So dealing with the pains to get the app on your phone and working will be worth it the time you see your hotel isn’t booked before heading to the hotel.

Maybe delete and reinstall the app? I’m guessing their tech support is awful at best

The app is terrible compared to flightcrew view, but it's the only way to get your hotel reservation. Also if you're on the newest version of Android, "pie," the app disappears from the Google Play app store as it doesn't support Android 9 (Pie) yet. When I updated my software I realized the app disappeared and can't be downloaded again till it is upgraded.
