NO Vote Reality?!

But I have to ask......
If this contract gets voted down, then what?????
*Total recall of LEC, MEC, NC reps?
*Zero Symathy From NMB, ALPA?
*Flying Public, Investors, Media?
How long will it take, what if a merger happens sooner or later, and we still have current scope?
How realistic are NO voters that we will get $10/15 an hour more, NO PBS, 15% 401K DOS, Profit Sharing etc in 2+ years, Full Retro, same work rules?
What would you do if you were ON the NC? Guys complain but have no ideas to change. What are you objective realistic, goals. Truly?
Also, what is likely hood we will be Spirit (as we know it) in 5-8 years or LESS????

Im undecided. I don’t have all the stuff read, ?’s clarified, roadshows attended. Within 36hrs it seems like a helluva lot of NO votes, I wanna know why. Inam not a ProTa-er, just curious what Hardcore NO voters want, realistically expect and would change.

I honestly don’t care how long it takes, at least I can maintain my QOL until then. Dropping reserve days is everything to me. Sure I would absolutely like more money, but I’m not willing to sacrifice my QOL for the amount of money they are offering.

As a new poster, you have no history. This is an open forum and historically, there are a lot of new (pro-TA) posters every time labor negotiations turn contentious.
A more interesting first post would be your stance on section 1, what you like/don’t like, how great PBS is etc. Your company just got a nice raise from our guiding lights in DC. Does this contract meet your expectations and if not, can they afford your demands?
