Shocked? No. Just some of us have been around longer than others, have seen those who chase the dollar figure, and forget to look at what they are giving up. Then a few months after the shiny new pay raise kicks in, they are asking themselves why their QOL is so bad, what happened to their vacation bidding, etc? A lot of us "Small minded" people have seen this, lived this, and don't want to relive it.
You'll probably experience this once or twice as you progress in this career field. Hopefully though you don't because the stress is overwhelming sometimes....

Everything you said above makes sense, no doubt.

Perhaps then she'll take off her blinders (PAY RAISES)
Section 3 has received very little discussion in the past few days.

A lot of the vague stuff like the Dh seats, is vague because its freebie items that are nice things to have. Not really a reason to vote no IMO.
I cant see complaining abut long call reserve rules when it is something we dont even have right now.
LTD premiums are standard.
As far as retro, nobody ever gets “full” retro. This was explained on one of the conference calls. If you are expecting full retro you will never get what you want.
I think they said full retro at other airlines could mean (examples):
1) 10% retro pay back fully to amendable date - full retro
2) 100% full pay back 6 months - full retro
Dont think we can drag this out another year and get 3-4 years of back pay and have that be your reasoning to justify all the continueing pay loss for a No vote because it will not happen.
If we all had to pull out our wallets every day and hand over a few hundred dollar bills to Bendo I wonder if that would make this lost money seem more real.

True. Your airline has ****ed you guys long and hard. Full retro is almost impossible to get much passed a year. I was just pointing out that full retro has been done recently. I don’t think it’s ever happened 3-4 years passed an ammendable date. If you’re going that far passed a date to begin with it’s because your management doesn’t really want a contract.

Not sure about the others and I can only speak for myself but I signed up yesterday because I cant stand to listen to the lies, half truths, kindergarten logic from some of our co-workers on here.
I’m not going to stand by idly while you conspiracy dorks try and convince the rest of us to vote no which would cost me and my family $100,000+ over the course of the next 1-2 years.
Now back to the subject please!
