Considering the loudest issues are with rescheduling and reserve drops, the 2 items the company has said they must have from Day 1, I wouldn’t expect this to be a “small issue” that would be fixed quickly.

If it were long stay hotel requirement and tighter scope, possibly so.

So I think it’s “timeline unknown”

Where does everyone think our scope falls down? That clause was written by lawyers for lawyers and arbitrators- may not make sense to us, but the research I've done seems to have it very tight indeed. Almost tight to the point no one will want to buy/merge with us.

Ding ding ding. We got a winner. It’s as obvious as the color of an orange this forum is getting bombarded by new Trolls. I guess management REALLY wants this new contract signed.

Not sure about the others and I can only speak for myself but I signed up yesterday because I cant stand to listen to the lies, half truths, kindergarten logic from some of our co-workers on here.

I’m not going to stand by idly while you conspiracy dorks try and convince the rest of us to vote no which would cost me and my family $100,000+ over the course of the next 1-2 years.

Now back to the subject please!

At the end of the day, its more than the $ sign when it comes to voting for this "TA"

Are the conspiracy people so small-minded that they are unable to realize that there are a lot of other people out there with different opinions who legitimately think this TA is worth a YES vote?

Amazing! Hope you get shocked on Feb 28

Shocked? No. Just some of us have been around longer than others, have seen those who chase the dollar figure, and forget to look at what they are giving up. Then a few months after the shiny new pay raise kicks in, they are asking themselves why their QOL is so bad, what happened to their vacation bidding, etc? (Republic/ComAir) A lot of us "Small minded" people have seen this, lived this, and don't want to relive it.

You'll probably experience this once or twice as you progress in this career field. Hopefully though you don't because the stress is overwhelming sometimes....

I live within my means, for myself and my family. More money would be nice yes, but giving up too much for it, no.

I personally don't care HOW you vote. I don't. But if you want to turn your head when people who have been down this road before, don't come on here in a few months complaining if your time "outside" work isn't what it once was (and not necessarily for the better).............
