Rescheduling

Currently we can chose to work hard or not.
This flexibility is severely limited in this TA.
May I add it's NOT for 5-8 years, but for the rest of our NK careers.
Work rules NEVER come BACK, pay fluctuates.
No reserve drops is bad, but PBS and NO TX are expected, if you’re shocked by those then you haven’t been here long or really haven’t been paying attention. Rescheduling - not gonna affect your time off. Still gonna have flexibility to work hard or not. Unless you’re on reserve.

You really could have just said "I am a gravy choker who gets those "special calls" from crew scheduling and don't want to give that up!"

Exactly! This TA is absolutely embarrassing.

Largest pay raise in the history of the RLA and that is "embarrassing" man you are so clueless its not even funny. Don't forget the scope, retirement, and disability protections we got too. Pretty embarrassing I know. Almost as embarrassing as all 7 of the company gravy chokers coming on here whining because they will no longer get their "special" phone calls from crew scheduling.

Wow the mediator convinced you well about that part. Remember it's only large percentage-wise because the pay was far behind industry standards for a long time. And the current TA is STILL behind, even with the "largest pay raise in history".

You are so clueless right now it's not even funny.

I know you are mad that this thing will pass and you are one of those 7 that will no longer be getting "special phone calls" from crew scheduling. It sucks I know I know.

Quoting myself because I think some people misunderstood what I meant.

Industry Standard duration is 4 years. 5 year duration is 25% longer than I.S.

Just one more thing to add to the list of how this TA lags I.S.

Roadshow explains why it is 5 years. There is even a chart. No lagging. No worries.
