Pretty embarrassing I know. Almost as embarrassing as all 7 of the company gravy chokers coming on here whining because they will no longer get their "special" phone calls from crew scheduling.

Wow the mediator convinced you well about that part. Remember it's only large percentage-wise because the pay was far behind industry standards for a long time. And the current TA is STILL behind, even with the "largest pay raise in history".

Industry Standard duration is 4 years. 5 year duration is 25% longer than I.S.
