More like $20-$30 on average less than Delta depending on seniority. Top end A320 is the same as Delta. Yes I know they will have a new contact eventually. In the eyes of everyone except the loud no voters, the company is reaching their ability to pay more. So if you want that extra $20 and willing to wait however long, the $20 will be taken from something else.

- Biggest Gripe after LOSING QUALITY-OF-LIFE CONTROLS! ... Is lack of RECOGNITION FOR YEARS OF SERVICE!
- Been here 19 years ... TA now makes me a 12yr employee. Classic move in corporate America ... would love to fire all the senior experience pay grades and hire a bunch of 3yr upgrades but cannot ...

And yet feel "good" cause your getting your NMB approved "pay raise".
- So I'm a 19 year LTC in the AF and have done my dues (most of them sh**ty and earned my respect.) Few years to retirement or promotion. OPTEMPO bad but budget GREAT! ... biggest EVER! Sorry Colonel ... we are going to have to reduce your pay to a senior Capt or junior Major ... but hey ... you still got your Rank!! ... Be Happy.
Not-to-Worry, all us Generals are still getting all of our bonuses and beyond "god" recognition pay for holding down the forts, making huge profits and "high fives" while you are flying the missions away from home and family.
Thank goodness ... forts would be unsustainable with out you! We will give you a little lanyard and ink-jet recognition though for your efforts .... Profit sharing ... HAA .. thats just for Generals ... not for our "blue-coller" enlisted.

Losing control of our lives is not worth any rates, especially not these.
Every new provision is for the company, and against our choices.
No RES drops.

Currently we can chose to work hard or not.
This flexibility is severely limited in this TA.
May I add it's NOT for 5-8 years, but for the rest of our NK careers.
Work rules NEVER come BACK, pay fluctuates.
