If you dont drop now, and the Grid is always red, why do you care so much about not dropping post PBS,?, lol. Same as it is now for you but more money and even less likely to be used?

And we have some pretty senior pilots that bid rsv because it’s pretty good right now. Also it’s pretty hard to get Senior if you’re at a stagnant airline or base or category. Let’s tell some of those us air FOs to just go get senior so they can get off rsv (a few years ago). They’d probably have knocked you out

Do you have any idea how Pbs awards pairings and then subsequently builds reserve lines?
PBS will consistently month over month, maintain just the right amount of reserves thus resulting in maximum utilization and lower staffing levels. PBS was created for airline management.
