I wanted to be a yes vote but I am a NO. Losing vacation conflict was the nail in the coffin for me. Our QOL is going to be severely diminished.

Im pretty much in same ballpark. I want YES. and still need lots of questions answered but some language in there i wasn't to keen on

hard no for me, vacations were huge for me as well. went from soft no to hell no. the more I read and watch the videos the farther away from a yes I get

Just wondering, if it gets voted down, it won’t, but if it did, would we get any help from the NMB or would it start over? Or would they just not help with getting the company back to the table?

Grow a backbone! It’s time to walk away for a few months and let the company come back with improvements. We’re giving up too much!
