You live in denial chief because there have been more than a few examples given as to why it's a turd. Even those of us that were happy to vote yes given a few solid sections are dismayed at just how bad it is. I actually liked PBS at my previous carrier, but I can't go this far backwards for pay not close to industry standard. I might have even succumbed if the pay started at DOS+4.

I'll be going to the road show for sure, but at first look, this is horrible.

It just seem drastic because you’ve had it really good in the scheduling flexibility department compared to everyone else for so long.

Didn’t buy the work rules you say? So they took back the 40%+ raise in pay rates? Stop being dramatic.

Again, I hope this get voted down, I really really wanna see what happens after that.
Means little unless you have decent seniority during IOT. Outside of that we are stuck with a lot of what we have just like everyone else. Certainly not worth hanging your hat on this turd

The hotel language is crap too. I maybe the minority , we have lots of slam clickers here, but 16 hours at DEN, ATL, BOS short overnights? umm no thanks. Hampton INN el segundo anyone? I actually don't mind a little drive to be near stuff, and stay at nicer hotels.. Not a deal breaker as a stand alone, but just one more little chip away at the current job I enjoy. Ive switched to a NO. It may seal our fate for a long while, current pay for a looooooong time. No boat for me this year.

I was thinking this same thing. This, and many other things are putting me solid in the no camp. I’ve also changed my mind. The MEC and negotiating committee should resign when this gets voted down. I can’t imagine a world where the survey results said anything close to this

For me, I don’t know yet. What I will say is if you had judged the iPad loa from this site, you would have said it would never pass. It did pass. By like 70 percent or so if I remember right. I’ll tell you one thing, if you go by the wives Facebook page, according to my wife, it’s already passed. I wouldn’t guess many here are married though.

Go read through Allegiants APC post when theirs TA’d...you would think it would have failed miserably. It’s safe to say the same 15-25 APC warriors don’t represent the pilot group as a whole...and I don’t say that to be a d**k. Personally, I still have some reading to do before I can make my decision.

OR, the mediator really is difficult as portrayed.
