I start class this month and this is making me reconsider.... I need to read it. The main reason I was making the jump was the quality of life.... that seems to have gone away.

I was waiting for the details but this TA just sucks. We gave up even more than we needed to so Scheduling can and will screw with you like at a regional. I can’t even comprehend that anyone on probation, that can’t even vote is included in a retro payment. This TA is a terrible joke.

Section 25 is shocking. I couldn't fathom working under those rules for 6 months let alone 5-8 years.

I could, if we were paid legacy rates (same **** they have). But to be paid less for the same rules = no bueno....

I was very hopeful this would turn out alright and was leaning towards yes, not even close to that now. Extremely disappointed at what we have been presented.
