Everyone should do themselves a favour go to roadshow. Most people on here that have not been to roadshow are sounding pretty silly....

-higher rates
-reserve drops
-trip conflicts
You will get the full scope of why if you attend a roadshow or listen to the all pilot call.

Please, do yourself favor and go to reeducation camp roadshow. They will explain.

I agree with but more worrisome is the international codeshare or domestic with airbus sized planes. The current business model doesn’t really support RJs but there absolutely shouldn’t be open season for anything. The legacy pilots didn’t think RJs were a threat either but we know how that worked out

news flash, we don't have NMB support now or ever. go read the resumes of the members. when you tell someone they are low tier long enough, they start believing it----i'm used to hearing it from the company, but now we're hearing it from our union.

Take-away from the roadshow:
Where the pilot group conceded, the company got 100% industry standard (reserve drop, rescheduling, pbs, long hotels, etc)
Where the company conceded, the pilot group got 75% of industry standard (pay rates, retirement, Ltd, scope, duty rig)
The ~64 mil cost in concessions that we gave up to the company is not an accurate number as far as I’m concerned, with no breakdown available from the union. With the reduction in staffing per airframe moving forward, we will give up much more than 64 mil.
