Easy. Do Not Answer Your Phone. And if they get you via acars or at the jetway, just remember, fatigue calls will be paid by the company, not your sick bank.

Technically only if decided by the committee but you are right. We have a bunch of drama queens here. The re-scheduling is the least of my concerns.

They aren’t but id prefer to actively be negotiating solid scope as opposed to waiting 5++ years while Spirit actively try’s to outsource my job which could alreay be in their long term plan but they haven’t gotten to that point yet. Only they know. The fact that they wanted these holes left open leads me to believe that they have something planned for the future

It doesn’t have to say they can it has to say they cannot and it doesn’t. Assume you are our sleezy Management and you want to outsource the pilots when it suits you. Now read our section 1 both current and TA and ask yourself how you do it. I’m sure you can figure out a way.
You do remember that Bendo outsourced all of our airport personnel letterally overnight right? People in dtw, acy, myr that had decades with the company.
You do remember Bendo hired, trained, and staged scab mechanics at northwest prior to the mx strike?
Learn from history. They want contractors for everything so they can whipsaw them every year for the lowest price.

Codesharing protections: do you want the company to grow without us and then whipsaw us in future negotiations under the threat of more codesharing if we don’t agree to concessions?
If been up and down with you on scope in several threads if you don’t think Bendo will try to eliminate us at some point I think you are blinded by the bonus you’ve probably already spent. Just vote yes then. I’m not. I want this risk shut down completely

They can buy a regional or foreign carrier and we lose all protection. I’d buy both.
