If this thing does pass, I have a feeling it will be junior CA's that tip the scale. They stand to make a 50-60k bonus plus a $70ish thousand dollar pay raise. FO's really don't get squat in this deal

Not this junior Capt. Way to many years left to deal with this many shortfalls!

Once the economy hiccups the mediocre rates are gone and the crap work rules stay or get worse.

If any really want to make this a last stop, more pain will be involved.

Weak scope. They didn’t even attempt to buy the gutting of work rules. We expected concessions but this is a blood bath.
Yes, I've worked under a legacy contract, watched it get gutted. Now I'm watching History repeat. Easy for me, it's a NO.

Road show at last company was like being trapped in time share sales presentation.

LTD?!

My 2 cents is that the NC put this out to prove something to the mediator.
There is no way they would approve of this and I do not think they will resign, WHEN it does NOT pass.
This is SHOCKING

If they put it out to prove a point to the mediator, you all had better hope it gets shot down by a huge margin to send that message. Otherwise.......

Sorry guys...... over here we were really pulling for you to get something great. Best of luck to you in the coming weeks.

If you are looking at Spirit as a long term place to work, this should be an easy NO vote. How long will it take to get what we deserve, could be 6 months to 2 years. But a yes vote makes this a 5 year deal plus another 2 or 3 in negotiations so 7-8 years of crap. This isn’t even close to industry standard now, and those other airlines are goi g to get a new contract in the meantime. This is a regional type contract at best. No voter here. Don’t settle just for a raise. Which is $20-40 an hour short anyway
