I don't think they are interested in sharing the pay scales when they feel they just got robbed of hey quality of life with the new changes to reserve, standby, re-scheduling, conflict, etc.

I don’t work at spirit, but I was strongly considering pursuing it if they gave y’all a decent contract. They sold out the junior guys/new hires and there’s no way I could even afford to take a job at spirit. How do they expect to attract qualified people while paying $1750/month minus taxes until training is over (which I hear can take 4-6 months).

3 months of that is still absurd but thanks for pointing that out. Like I said I don’t work here but I’ve got several friends at spirit and was hoping for better conditions for them and hopefully myself. Unfortunately it’s not doable considering I’ve got kids and a mortgage to pay.
I’ve got a friend that completed his check ride before Christmas and still hasn’t been assigned OE. They could just be backed up right now though. I believe he started training in Late October.
