The NMB doesnt pay us to fly, the Airline does. Our mgmt could pay us DAL +1 if they wanted to, NMB would’nt tell them they couldnt.
If management wanted to, that would be great. Yes, it does matter, its called being in "the zone of reasonableness". Which the NMB does and did decide for us!

It’s all good man. There’s always the mighty 190, 14-18 months to upgrade. Not sure why anyone would want too!

I thought they couldn’t/wouldn’t use JB and F9 because they were in negotiations? Didn’t Alaska raise there pay like 2-3 months ago?

FFS...give it a break with your 'reeducation' nonsense. Vote no and move on if you want to remain ignorant of the facts.

That’s how I look at it right now. More realistic IMO.

$32k In profit sharing for all those industry standard work rules that help them remain profitable. Hmmm novel idea

He doesn’t get it man. Hence why ALPA or their MEC needs to publish a TA comparison. A lot of guys here (including myself) don’t know sh**** about other carriers contract. Spirit pilot group need to see their TA side by side with other carriers.

It is what it is, you all read /speak/ understand English yet you need someone to explain what TA REALLY means. Who is ignorant one?

Go to reeducation camp, so they can tell you what to think about TA. Then reflect on what you were told when you open cockpit door to find 20 years old gate agent with big smiles telling - may be ordering - you to call scheduling. Then all you can say is yes maam, then call scheduling to get your beating. At least you get extra pay even if lower rate than peers.
