Can non Spirit guys get a run down of what was presented? I’m looking at throwing my app in. Is it the same as the company proposed pay chart I saw floating around?

If we get 100% participation before it closes can we just shut the voting down and be done with it. It’s gonna take a while to rewrite so we need to get started ASAP.
