What is the trick to getting somebody from spirit to look at your application. I’ve applied on the website and haven’t heard anything. Do recruiters even get your application when you apply on the website.

Will Spirit let you know if they're not interested or you bomb the Gallup Assessment? Just curious if you get a "no thank you" or just crickets like DAL? Thanks in advance for your time and comment!

Do you have to complete the IRS 8850 form for the application to considered complete and viewed by Spirit?

Would I be considered competive or did I maybe mess up the assessment or something?

In my poor opinion, since I got like 4 TBNT’s letters from Spirit already, I can say it don’t matter if you have a lot experience, thousands PIC hrs, master degrees, 10 LOR’s , international flight experience, speak 3 lenguajes, have attended 10 jobs fairs, typed on Airbus, or Space shuttle...nothing will help, you just need is to like them...that’s all. If they like you, the rest of your resume it doesn’t matter. While you are with them being interviewed, they will smile to you and maybe you were thinking.. oh ok I’m doing good!... but the reality will be after few days or at least a week, when you get the TBNT letter or maybe just crickets.... simple like that, no formula, no keys, no nothing.
