Default SCOPE! Frontier and Volaris to codeshare.

https://globenewswire.com/news-relea...S-VOLARIS.html

It cannot be emphasized enough how important Scope is. We would be naive to think that codesharing to Europe, Asia, and deep south America isn’t around the corner. There are plenty ULCC ready to do it. We need the flying to be done by Spirit pilots.

The scope language had better be good. IF- IF it is good it’s important to lock that in sooner than later

Are you willing to take much less money to grow your network?

Bud im not. All of the "bullet points" are not close to industry leading.

This still makes Spirit discount pilots plane and simple.

STOP JUSTIFYING!!

Not justifying anything and I agree, certainly not Industry leading. That being said Ive never realistically rhought wed go from industry bottom to leading overnight. Just not realistic

It’s not about pay for growth. They will grow it either via merger, codeshare, or organically. If you don’t control the flying you have nothing. You may as well toss the rest of the contract because it means nothing if someone else is doing Spirit flying. From what I gather you are at southwest and should know this better than anyone. You have the best scope in the industry and voted down the first TA to keep it (among other things). Difference is, you already had it. We dont

If you don't have SCOPE you don't have a career. You have a job. As your contract gets better they will look for ways to outsource you.
