Considering “temporary base reduction” has its own line and posted underneath it is “ACY 4 FOs”, I assumed the only reduction is in ACY. It also appears that is just due to a lack of not being able to hire in Dec, for obvious reasons? The rest appear to be vacancies so I’m not getting too excited until it happens in Jan and Feb as well.

At the risk of ASSuming I'd assume that because the reduction is attributed to "new hire shortfall" they'll maybe just send 4 fewer new hires to ACY and nobody will actually be displaced?

Look at the “what if” award. Looks like the 3 most jr ACY first officers are getting displaced to other bases. They are the 3 most junior pilots on the list who currently hold a base other than MIA. All 3 probably don’t want ACY anyhow. The 4th most junior is getting displaced to FLL and it appears he could have held FLL previously so he may not be happy. Junior to him, a pilot is leaving FLL which could be a involuntary displacement.
