True, but times have changed... The demand for pilots is far greater than past times when flows were cancelled. I do not at all see a flow cancelling for AA considering their retirements over the next 10 years which will be massive! The average age of a AA pilot is 58 years old, Im pretty sure a flow is staying... I can also see flows coming and not leaving in future at other legacies as mandatory retirements pick up... TIMES HAVE CHANGED FOR SURE
