1-2 legs? What airline do you fly for?

Does SWA use PBS?....
Nope.

So, we are:

1. Switching our bidding to PBS
2. Eliminating conflict drops
3. Not going to let reserves drop reserve days
4. No scope
5. No LTD
6. Less restrictions on reassignment.
7. Keeping pay per duty period. (15 hour 4 day trips).
8........ what else am I missing?
9. All this for industry lagging pay.

Yay

And I said this would happen 6 months ago. I honestly never said it in a mannor to be an a$$ I was just simply stating the truth. Why would you expect to go from last to equal to the top in one fell swoop of a CBA. If your not leaving now your falling in line bc it wont change. If you want big boy pay go to the big boys.

And if your response is to tell me to GFY then great. Im glad that you can get some of your frustration out on me for just simply being a “truth teller”. Its time all you naysayers start seeing the light before you absolutely loose your minds when this TA is presented.

Now I know some are going to say well you cant just snap your fingers and get out and you are correct. Thats why you should have been starting this process 2-3 years ago. Also Spirit has a lot of guys that jumped from right seat to right seat in hopes of eithier a quick upgrade or the possibility of jumping ship ahead of those who stayed the course for PIC time. This has backfired so now you have to live with that choice. As for those that are qualified to get out you better start calling every buddy you have and running to job fairs bc the pain has only started.

You know that is not a correct list. Sure I would bet 1-3 is accurate, but 4 and 5 aren't true. And the rest is still waiting to hear details on.

Again, as said many times on this forums...let me clear my throat..."Call you rep or a NC member and you will see that your list is inaccurate"...I did and learned some nice things...

Which rep or NC member did you contact? One of the ones who lied to us last year, or one of the new ones who only lied to us this year?

A little history would do you good.
