This is why we as the pilots union must have a say of how the rules (Program Code) is approved. PBS isn't like line building. It doesn't build a line and then go back and trying fix conflicts. Just because every other airline that has PBS has crap work rules we're supposed to as well.

They want PBS which means less pilots, longer upgrades, longer time on reserve, I want majority of the work rules intact.
