Their pay scales seem pretty high. A buddy of mine on third year pay FO is pulling in about 140k. Anyways seems like pretty good for us regional fo types.

What part of what he said leads you to believe that he has Zero idea of what he is talking about? I am pulling ~10k month on second year pay ($98.56/hr). Not that much of a stretch to get $140k/yr at $107/hr especially with premium. (also assuming $140k is a swag ballpark and not an absolute...)

Just curious...

What three letters are written in pen on the left wall of the elevator that goes to the FLL crew room? This graffiti has been there since 2013.

If you think Allegiant’s first contract is a joke, then explain why please. I’m exploring my options at the ULCCs and LCC level. As one of you correctly pointed out I was an A320 FO in the past, that was an overseas contract gig that I did for several years, the overseas stuff gets old though. I came back with the hopes of getting a legacy job and it turns out they don’t care much for guys flying a few years in Asia. So I took a job at a Regional with flow thru to AA in case none of the legacy’s hire me directly. That being said I am looking into Spirit Frontier Allegiant and Jet Blue also as another option.

Just seems to me like Allegiant simply has the highest pay with the provision of being home every night, and I happen to live in one of their domiciles. Just wanna know why a lot of people think they’re contract is so terrible that’s all.

I'm not going to hijack Spirit's thread, if you want to know about Allegiant shoot me a PM. I'll just say that I'm an ex-mil pilot who would be competative for a legacy job and I'm not trying to leave G4.

Back to Spirit getting a great contract so that we can pass you guys in a couple of years.... I wish you all the best of luck!
