Either way they can shove these subpar offers up their collective rears until they bring an industry standard deal to the table. In the mean time they can watch while this place bleeds experienced pilots while they replace them with questionable candidates that wouldn’t have a prayer otherwise and will ultimately put one in the dirt hopefully not killing anyone. The poor reserves that have to deadhead on our planes constantly, it going to start getting dicey I’m afraid.

If people had any type of independent thought no one would affiliate with any political party. We’d all be better off if people didn’t amidentify as “conservative” or “liberal”. We refuse to hear out good ideas from people because they may not identify to the same political extreme we do. If we dropped the party labels we would all be more open minded. Or we could just keep name calling and making assumptions, that’ll be better I’m sure.

So which one of y’all is going to ask the NC today: “If we are going to monetize work rules for pay, why didn’t we do this back in 2015?” The Spirit MEC wouldn’t be the first ALPA MEC to sell work rules for pay.
Or...
“How did the Spirit flight attendants successfully negotiate a new CBA two years ago without PBS, yet Spirit ALPA is unable to?”

Because these forums are filled with loud mouthed chest thumpers who talk a big game but won’t ask a question on the conference calls.
There will be one caller who asks a question and loses his mind over the response. That will be the main event of this call.

If said caller loses his or her mind over a response rather than being able formulate a response that is both direct and succinct, then they deservedly should be asked to hang up. Only once have I heard this from PS who rightfully asked that person to hang up because it became nothing more than a shouting match and not a dialogue of thoughtful ideas. I get the time is limited, but getting to the point where a caller becomes irate and thump ones chest does not contribute value to the group.
