They're done talking and actually the Company made sure the offer was PBS. Take it or leave it. So we've walked away. The Union finds it self between a rock and the Company.

Pbs was a sort of consolation prize for surrender of the work rules that existed under lot bidding.

If you can keep lot work rules in a pbs system i would think it offers an improvement.

Bobz it is all about the word "if". We've all been around the block with Spirit so everything must be spelled out and then still plan on fighting with them later.

So, because we are on ice we should all just come to the internet and start saying what we should or would agree to or not? Some saying things that others and often the majority do not agree with.

We need a unified voice and negotiations aren’t over.

Has it occured to anyone that maybe the NMB/Mediator is the issue? Maybe they buy Bobs BS that we are low tier and we either give in to a POS contract or stand our ground and never get realeased. There doesnt seem to be a shortage of 2000hr, early 20s type who are “just happy to be here”

The first question you need to ask is do you want to honor seniority? If yes then only one system does that. FLICA.

Get control of making the pairings, work rules and creating the bid runs and you will be very happy with the results. If they want it bad enough they will agree to it.

Yep said this many times on Spirit threads and was chastised for it. Once again this is not a “Major” and never will be. Get out ASAP
