Are these "several different people" on the hiring teams of airlines? My guess is no, based on the ever-increasing number of Spirit pilots being hired at reputable airlines.

Not for SWA, we've got guys interviewing and leaving for there every month! Delta, too. Not sure the opinions of other Higher Tier carriers about having Spirit on your resume.

Let me rephrase. Having spirit on your resume doesn't make you look better than the rj job you just left. I.e getting a job at Spirit is not going to open the legacy door any wider then it was when you left your current job. JetBlue looks good on a resume. Not spirit.
