Wake up guys. This is the same group that called you back to work after a strike without a TA. Hahah. And you guys think they're actually going to get off their buts and stop collecting 95hr months? Heck. I'm sure these guys would love for you dupes to keep this charade going for another 2 years and vote on the nearly same package now.

Wear it as a badge of honor Bum. Chokers gonna choke. Let them continue to carry this NC's water and one day, hopefully soon, they'll realize as they are reading the TA that they got duped.

That's what I'm saying and why I am asking as to what kind of leverage the pilot group has. We can sit on our hands for another two years asking for more but the company has no reason to even entertain any of it. Like Chimpy said even with the gravy chokers choking hard they are still getting their pilot group for about half, or whatever specific number wants to throw out there. It's a staring contest between us and management and management has absolutely zero reason for blinking right now. Do I think the company proposal is good? ******* no. But what can we do? Besides taking a damn phone poll. That is all I am asking and no one seems to be able to answer it yet.
Leverage was having guys not come to Spirit to fill classes. But guys like you were in such a rush to hop on board with your 2100 hours.
Wake up, YOU are actually the cause of not having the leverage that you seek. You can't see that?
The company had to lower minimums to cast a larger net of low time pilots to fill classes because they could no longer do it with the 4000TT minimums, nor the 2500TT after that. They would not be able to fill classes and keep up with deliveries
So they again lower the minimums to 2000TT and a pulse, cast a larger net to catch themselves a Bum Hands and his 2100 hours, eager to come on and fly the jet.
So look in the mirror if you want to know where the Spirit pilot's leverage went. A gravy choker fills the company need for 1 day, 1 flight; hiring lower time pilots to fill the seats for planes solves a much larger problem.

You are asking these questions in the wrong place. I don't know if it is because of your lack of experience in airline industry or what. But you are making your self look like a fool or a troll. There are places to ask these questions, but they are not on here or on an open phone conference that management could be listening to.

I kind of agree with you actually. Just remember everyone, the internet warriors on here in the Spirit thread account for less than 1% of the actual pilot group. Most of them are probably on our no fly list so I could give a crap what they think and neither does the rest of the group.

Great... Just what we need. A bunch of PBS-loving YES voters telling us that our current contract is destroying the company and that we all need to "Get on board" to help the company survive.

ASA voted no on the last dogshiiit that was sent to them over three years ago. But hey F them right? They only just had their 30+ year company dismantled by their non union overloads...
