[QUOTE=Bum Hands;2438253]I’m just asking questions man. And one that no one has been able to answer yet it seems.[/QUo]
No, you're whining and in public. Now is not the time and even I, who has called for their replacement at times, know this.
Call your rep, MEC, NC, they'll answer your questions and educate you.

Did you listen to why they don't answer all the questions on the phone conference? They said that management could be listening in on the call as well. The Union is not going to answer a question about leverage on a call that could be monitored by the company. You can always pick up the phone, or email them instead of looking like an idiot on these forums.

We should have replaced this incompetent Nc a year ago before the TRO.

You haven’t been here a year yet; you started when we were already deep in section 6 talks. I could make an argument that by you applying and getting hired at 2100 hours TT, straight from the regionals, only hurt the leverage we had with a possible hiring shortage. Luckily you were there with the 2100 hours and a few years at your regional to come save the day and fill that seat.
So you create your account with your middle fingers in the air, not even off probation, and ready to take on the fight with all the loud mouth bravado and without the brains to back it up.
And now you’re ready to cry on these same forums because life isn’t fair, this career isn’t fair, and how sad it is for you.
Sack up. If you can’t handle this, you can’t handle this career. You have been here 10 months. At 10 months you can complain about nothing. You applied and were hired at 2100 hours and yet feel entitled to a quick upgrade and the raise in your pocket yesterday.
Grow up and study for your PC coming up.

Your not creepy at all lmao. Would you like my SS number too? Or maybe you would like to be Facebook buddies? I’m not crying at all there mr dramatic I’m just asking questions. If anyone is crying it’s you. How long did you have to go digging around my posts so you could come up with my whole life story? Oh yes and mention the part where I said I wanted a fast upgrade. So I’ll give you the opportunity then mr dramatic. Why don’t you answer my question then? What leverage do we have? Or is it “secret” leverage? Haha. And telling me to e mail my rep is not an answer.
Almost as bright as discussing leverage and tactics on a forum.

This was my point 2 weeks ago that Spirit hires a lot of people who would not be competitive at the high paying jobs. This in the end hurts your barganing power.

Bum Hands you nailed it and some on this forum just cant stomach it. They get 60 a month to show up why on gods green earth would they give away money if more people come than are leaving. They know some pilots are stuck at Spirit because of no degree, lack of pic, skeletons etc... As long as they can staff as easaly as they are now they (management) needs to change nothing.
