Your cynicism is unbelievable. What do you have to worry about anyhow??? The more they stall, the more they'll have to pay up when everyone else keeps on getting new / better contracts, and more win for you. Just think, the ask will skyrocket!!
If you need the higher income NOW to qualify for a mortgage or something, no problem brother. Just show your broker the Delta rates and tell them that's basically what you've been making for 2 years now, the company is just saving the difference for you in an retro account and that you will see an $300K retro check in about 2 years so all you really need is an interest only loan.

I hear ya, y'all shouldn't vote yes on anything, even if they offer legacy standard pay without any work rule concessions, if they're not paying interest on that 400K. I mean, that's some serious $$$!!!
