Default Rejection email

I just received an email explaining that Spirit is looking for more qualified candidates. Id like to find out if it was lack of time (2,500 hours) or I did poorly on the online test. Can anyone provide some insight for me or a number to the Human Resources Department?

How long before I'm able to apply again?

Are you sure you met all the mins ( 2000TT, which you have and 1000ME?)
Spirit usually doesn't send TBNT emails except to people who actually did a phone interview or a face to face interview. But like someone else said they won't tell you the reason why unless your times didn't meet the mins. But you can reapply in 6 months.

My coworker got the same email. No phone or face to face interview. He has 4000+ hours and multiple type ratings. I didn't think Spirit would want to turn away experienced pilots in this environment?

A coworker of mine just got the same rejection letter. 4000+ hours and multiple type ratings. No phone or face to face interviews. I didn't think Spirit had the luxury to be that picky in this environment?

I didn't know we could either. Maybe too qualified?

They're looking for people that want to stay for the abuse. Just joking. If you look like you'll be moving on then they're not really interested in you. Getting people to stay is the trick right now. If they think you're collecting a A320 type then most likely they'll pass on you. It's not you it's Spirit. Trust me it's Spirit.

I would guess that cog test. Those are a little strange. I had a couple friends get rejected after those. They went on to work at legacies and are now very glad they failed them
