If you have a 4 year degree you're not getting hired. Take a look at the very top of our seniority list and that's who they want to find today.

Why are you not getting hired? Seems to be a very good thing to have. Im 4500 total, 1500 jet SIC with 1800 TPIC (Turbo prop and a 4 year degree and A320 rated.

I would have thought I would have a half decent shot at getting in.

i just got hired with 2700 tt, 1200 turbine, no turbine pic, i have a 4 yr degree, and I'm fairly young. nothing bad on my record or anything. you just gotta show them that u want to work here, at least thats what I've heard and its worked for me....

and cue the "why would u wanna work here?" "stay at your regional" comments...
