I've been ready to strike

Just curious what you're ready to strike for? In the hiring thread you're telling everyone to accept bottom of the industry pay...

Management will NEVER respect us. Our work. our profession. And will NEVER pay us. Allegiant pay is what this place will offer without a strike. Planes will keep flying and they'll keep making record money. We all know Spirit is the cheapest penny-pinching airline ever. Come here because it's better than a regional (it's not really anymore) and move on to a real airline that will pay what we deserve. Simple as that. I knew this coming in. It's just a stepping stone which is exactly what management wants (they even call it juniority to keep costs low) I'm not even frustrated or upset being here anymore. I have zero expectations and none of us should. If you're "stuck here" or "too old" to go to any better airline. Then suck it up and quit complaining. It's not the "Spirit model" to be industy standard. Nothing about spirit is standard. It's all LOW TIER and way BELOW average. It will forever be a discount airline and as long as you work here, You/we are discount pilots. And yes I deserve/expect more. I'm fighting for it by trying like he^ll to get outta here

reality is a b*tch!
While you're looking for your next job you should expand your search to include finding a spine. You're weak and a cancer to this group or any other pilot group with that mentality. Reality is a b*tch.

P.S....Here's what one looks like in case you're unfamiliar:

Strike for you guys to get the most Spirit is willing to pay. And if I'm still here. Otherwise. I'd try to help the rest of you.

Again, who are you to this group? Are you part of the pilot group or not? You encourage the pilots to accept bottom of the industry pay, refer to us as "you guys" and act like somehow your assistance to this group is a charity. If you aren't serious about helping this pilot group get the industry standard contract it deserves then please remain silent, but if you do in fact want to help don't treat it as something beneath you that you'll do if you happen to have time. This is an all-hands-on-deck situation and we need everyone to support industry standard and nothing less.
