What's the definition of "normal" ? What percentage of Spirits flights canceled in May 2016 vs this May (after the TRO). If they're about the same seems that should indicate "normal ".

Yeah.. well you're wrong. The meetings are still on and have not been canceled. If you choose to believe what Bendo says thats up to you.

Why don't you ask your Rep or the NC directly if negotiations have been cancelled before you start spouting off. Do we really need to give you a reason why using the COOs podcast as a way to get your information about negotiations is probably not your best source

Oh that's good news. I'm glad I'm misinformed. I can't wait to see the progress. June 4-6 I think the first dates were. Can anyone confirm this?

The problem is you would rather believe Bendo than Stuart. Read Stuart's email carefully, then you see management's lies.

Does getting hired at Delta,United, American constitute a violation of the TRO? I really wanted to grow with this place, but after Bendo's podcast and Low Tier CEO fornaro's latest letter, I think I will just do my job here until I can help replace the countless retirees at the Legacy Airlines. fornaro really has done a great job of running Spirit into the ground.
