I was doing both...before

Ebay wasnt worth the hassle to pack and send, and then waiting to get "feedback" before getting paid.

Donating still doesnt help me..thanks to not having writeoffs and the 2% agi exemption.

Plus...it feels good to throw the company money in the trash, given the current state of negotiations.

but speaking of tally-ho; im glad they closed. the owner was a grade A douchebag. horrendous customer service.

i DO have to figure out where to get the van heusen aviator cotton non-iron shirts now tho.
Never made it to Tally-Ho, only heard that the actual stuff was a lot better than Incentex (probably wouldn't take much).

Pretty sure Crew Outfitters has the cotton shirts, at least they used to.

Tally Ho had awesome pants, 100% wool, they would alter on site. Expensive but would last years.

United doesn't pay for uniforms but pays for all dry cleaning. That or a uniform reimbursement acct would be better than this incentex poop

No, they don't do that here.

An update: The Field Shop has our braiding but not actual shoulder boards. Incentex supposedly FedEx'd my stuff today, so there's that.

Did you talk to them? If they have the braiding they should be able to make the shoulder boards.

I did, and they didn't mention the ability to make them, only that they had the braiding. In any event, my Incentex order ended up showing up after all.

hate to bump an old thread but I called crew outfitters / field shops and I guess they don't sell blazers with our stripes. Anyone have info on where to get this stuff now? Is it only incentex?

For those folks who are upgrading, make sure you order your captain stripes and wings and other captain memorabilia before showing up for training...

Otherwise you'll be flying OE wearing FO stripes - they don't give you anything in upgrade training and training isn't long enough to wait for your stuff to arrive from incentex.
