Spineless maybe but greedy for sure!!! Take the vote, I think they will find that most are either 😤 off or desperately needing the pay increase. 15 percent might be spineless but like I said 100 percent of use are greedy. Just look at the standing available list in FLL!!! Everyone please wake up and let's start playing hardball.

The guys on the standing available list are the same every month. Blah blah, "I make them release and JA" or " I drop my month and pickup" excuses are not holding water at this point. Not only is it not all about you, "you" are hurting "you" along with the rest of us in the long run.
Its ironic that some of the most vocal bi**hers are SA regulars.
Even more saddening is seeing union leaders/reps on there...smh

I agree that once the financials are out there and it doesn't look good, it's time for a strike vote. No reason to stroke out about it. I'm betting we'd be in the 97-98 % range

I'm picturing a chimp behind a monitor wearing a visor going over the SA list in all bases. You need to spend more time on your hobbies my friend, you're going to pop a vessel the way you are going!

Just out of curiosity, what happens if they go ahead with a strike vote and the numbers turn out to be in the 70 or 80 percent range? Not saying I don't agree with you, I'm just saying that would not be a good number to toss out there. I only say this because I heard from a friend who had a brother who was a roommate of somebody that said that was the number they were kinda expecting from a vote. I for one would rather the company think it might be 95 plus percent than to actually vote and it be much, much lower than that. Just my opinion.
Or is because our group is led by some who would rather get along and come to agreement eventually?
I think we have a leadership that themselves don't feel any real pressure to rock the boat. It's much warmer from the box seats.

I have great disdain for our management team members. They have again proven they have no interest in negotiating in good faith. The company's harassment of crewmembers who legitimately use sick time should have resulted in a grievance by the union. And yet, we still have people on the standing available list ready to help the company at a moments notice and sell out their fellow pilots. We need to be a unified group. We also need a strike vote. This has got to change!
Jetblue get profit sharing and raises during negotiations. We get harassment and high fives.
