Good, let the strike vote take place....not to mention, with a billion dollars in the bank and hardly any debt. They really don't have a case. As far as I'm concerned, the march ask is absolutely bottom!

The company will aim low and see how that is received by the pilot group. The proper response should be fly your line value nothing more and fly the contract.

Anyone see the latest United contract comparison their NC put out just recently even though they aren't even in negotiations. It's 80 pages long. Page 69-70 show what a defined contribution 401k will do for you. A pilot starting there will have nearly $5MILLION in their 401k just from the company at year 30 compared to $1.3million at spirit

It's very eye opening to see these. I hope we see an updated one soon here

I have a PDF copy if anyone has a place to host it. I would bet the United MEC has it online somewhere. It was emailed to me from a United pilot

Honestly our NC should just send out the United comparison. It's so much more comprehensive than anything we've ever gotten from them.
