That and very surprised they are still proposing min duty period instead of min calendar day.
The rates are lower than both united and delta so they can't tell us we are being unreasonable. Also doesn't leave any wiggle room.
SCOPE is the big unknown. If we end up codesharing out all future growth and long haul to the likes of NAI who care what the rest of the contract says, it's moot

Yes scope is paramount. Although the labor conditions I think help us in that regard.
Thank you for spelling moot correctly

Agreed. When the amendable date has passed, the company is essentially stealing money from the pilot group.
We shouldn't be working on an expired contract with rates/benefits (or lack thereof) that should have also expired.
Glad to hear Bendo addressing his excuse for missing a portion of negotiations.
Anyone know if he submitted a doctor's note to the mediator?

He said he wants a deal that recognizes the pilots but also allows the company to be profitable and grow.
That deal is our ask! It's proven.
We are not here to subsidize spirits growth or profitability. Those things can continue under our offer to the company. Sign today Bendo and meet the goal you say you have. Unless you are a liar.

He is a liar!!
He has had every opportunity to wrap things up quickly, and would have likely been much cheaper. But he, likely with marching orders from the BOD, have dragged things out. That was a deliberate decision made on their part and not ALPAs doing....
