Unfortunately picking up open time is status q around here because our pay rates require it... so if everyone stops picking up it will be a great opportunity for the company to hit us with an injunction and there goes another year wasted... I with the sh...ty att pay attention to what the union says on the calls/emails... I watched 2 Lga turns in Dfw go in 30 sec today for a straight pick up... I don't think constantly attacking each other because the standing available list is unifying either

If you are pro union and you are for unification you have a terrible way a communicating. Ok so guys are still picking up trips and still on the SA list but coming on here and having a poor attitude is not helping. I just don't come on here and post this stuff, I have 4 or 5 extra lanyards in my bag to hand out to guys not wearing them. Put them on the spot in front of their co workers and ask them why not! You have a choice, Be part of the solution or stop posting stuff on here and then putting your tail between your legs like a whipped dog. It's time we all put this kind of pressure on the guys standing in our way of getting the contract we deserve and stop helping the company. Maybe ask YOURSELVES, am I really low tier??

Nothing's going to push this contract through until the investors start complaining. Figure out how to get the investors fired up and we will have our contract.

The mediator probably golfs and eats expensive steak dinners with Bendo after the negotiating sessions. Mediators don't care...
