Average 80% for FOs and average 60% for captains. Some might need 35% and some might need 85%
First year FOs need over 100%.
This is just pay not including retirement

from the meeting last night down here thats not the case. No Bendo and they showed up as the negotiators were basically walking out the door for the day.

I feel like Matyas imitated me in how I feel any more. Them no showing or showing up seriously late is not ok. It goes to show where we stand on their priorities. Bendo showing up late is almost prophetic.

does it really matter if they do show up? i mean, you realize we are not going to have a contract for several years right? that is the process, so what's the difference if they actually show up? a release will start to get serious at 5 years so what is that, August 2020 right?
What a#oles are still putting themselves on the standing available list? What are all these guys answering their phones for?
We should be showing our displeasure with our only real power. STOP BAILING THESE GUYS OUT.
Too many people can't pass up that JA because some other guy is gonna take it anyway so it might as well be me. You're the problem. (Not you specifically Grapes)
Perhaps June will provide us another opportunity to show how ****ed we really are. Question now is, is the union going to lead or just keep telling us they're mad too?

We could effect change if we all were on the same page!

Name one airline who got a contract because of pilots not picking up open time. Name one airline who got a contract due to a pilot job action. Zero..... the company has the upper hand period

How long after 9-11 concessions did it take to get a contract for both AA and United. ..I'm sure the pilots were very happy and playing by the rules...i think u are misinformed... I'm sure both mergers had zero to do with it...it was all slow taxi...
