Was it just me, or did anyone else get the impression from the call that PBS is coming as a requisite to industry standard compensation??

No you didn't get that impression or no it was not just me?? And, I am! Had 6 removed last month for 29/7, hoping for at least 3 next month depending on the lines....

Yes, I got that impression too. If that's part of a CBA, those pay rates better blow me away.

I got this impression very much so. PBS can be tailored differently for each company. As long as the pilot group has input, I don't think it's a bad thing. I liked what I heard today...

I don't think it's a given that it's coming. What I think is a given is that the company is done paying pilots to sit at home. And I don't blame them. Pay me industry standard and I'll bid by days off over transition.
