This is true. It is not for everyone and not everyone is eligible. But for some folks it's probably a good option. The RP is probably the best option for anyone who is a regular consumer of health care.

It's hard to argue with "Free".....

Thanks all. Good info. No kids, just the wife and I and a dog, so will,probably try the regular plan at least for this year.
