Both "negotiated" by former SWApA management sycophants...

We've finally got some real representation in there.

Amen........

ELITT was a test program modifying the more restrictive LITT. It was finalized and VOTED ON by the members in the 2009 Contact vote.

ELITT (and subsequently, DTC a year or so later) came long before the 2009 contract vote. IIRC, it started in '02 or '03 or thereabouts.

Non DTC limited ELITT was the single best QOL gain that SW pilots have ever gotten.

DTC, which SWApA unilaterally added (with no membership vote) to the ELITT "experiment", severely limits much of the flexibility that ELITT gained over LITT.

Good thing we (barely) voted down TA1 back in '09, since it had almost TWICE the DTC restrictions that we currently "enjoy", which means pretty much half of every single month would have been DTC restricted.

Unilaterally? No. ELITT was a joint test and what we have now was product of negotiationing the CBA.

Was it really negotiating when both sides were working for the company?

I was on the BoD then. Your perception is incorrect.

I know..... You were actually one of the good guys during that reign of terror.....

Your perception is incorrect.
Ours is a results based system, and the results speak for themselves. We are where we are today due solely to SWApA and, by extension, this pilot group, bending over every time GK said to.

Don't take it personally!

After many years of kowtowing to the company, we are finally digging our way out from under the SWApA legacy of last the few decades.
