Or does decision board review interview notes and all recs before making final pass/fail determination?
It was communicated to all of us at our interview that everyone's record would be considered by a decision board. That's when your recs, with hopefully a few internal, will carry a lot of weight. They will most likely call at least a few people that you list or see if they can find anyone else that knows you or has flown with you.

You should receive all the info 2-3 weeks prior to your class date.

There is no need to pre-study. The entire training program is extremely easy. You really don't need to even start studying until the last two weeks.

Thanks for the clarification OB.
As far as recs go, if you have 3 SWA employees as recs on PilotCredentials and also have 3 non SWA employee recommendation letters to bring to interview, does the decision board automatically see the uploaded SWA internal recs?
Not sure which of the 6 recs to present at interview. Am guessing the internal recs would carry more weight but don't want duplicates if decision board will already have access to view the internal recs.

You can bring any hard copy letters of rec that you want to the interview, they will collect all of them. Any internal recs submitted by current SWA pilots on SWALife will also be available to the board.

Dead serious. Easiest training program I've been through. My instrument rating in college was harder. I also went home all 6 weekends.

Still take it serious and know your callouts and flows by heart, but once you have those down you're set. If you don't have the type you'll have to study a little bit more for an oral though.
