As far as rumor go, future new hire numbers could be perceived as a "slow down" based on the rate of classes so far...
For example, let's say 2016 ends up happening to have 20 classes of 26 and 4 classes of 24 (oh weird, that equals 616 total) but instead of linear two classes per month...it ends up being three per month to start with...then at some point, you would observe a "slow down" to balance the numbers...all without the overall 616 changing at all.
Not saying there will not be changes. Heck, 2015 numbers went from 288 to 320 to 346 over the course of a few months...here's hoping for the same trend!
