That would be my assumption. Just never noticed it. I was thinking that it caught something that wasn't right but I couldn't find any errors. Thanks

That one night flight into the hub really isn't that bad. The "morning" outbound flight after the turn (at 3-4 am) however, is the tough one. Doubly so when the outbound flight is actually 2 legs. Do that for 4 nights in a row and then come tell us how much of a bear our flying is.

Is per diem also paid on top of min guarantee?
How long does it normally take form day 1 to end of IOE?

Per diem is paid on top of guarantee.

I went from day 1 to released to the line in 8 weeks. Give it +/- a week depending on how they schedule you.

Wait, what?
Are they paying perdiem in new hire training now? If so that's news to me.
They weren't just two years ago. They domiciled you in Dallas and you got zilch. It ended up being a nice tax deduction, but yes, that is how "low cost" SWA is.

I misunderstood the original question. Just to be clear, while you're in new-hire training, you're considered DAL-based. No per diem is paid to you until IOE. You are, however, given a room either at Sheraton Galleria or the Wyndham and provided a shuttle to/from the schoolhouse.

You are also given hotel points if you choose to get your room serviced every 3-4 days as opposed to every day. This will earn you some free nights that you could use when you're commuting.
