I got the email, what is its significance? Is it a pre-interview screening? Did it go out to everyone who applied or did it go to select individuals?

I've had my app in for several years, talked to them at WAI and got the follow up email from that. Didn't get this email. Must be select people?

In all seriousness its a good company. Long upgrade time though. New contract will probably be good, but not great. Pay and retirement should be close to the majors but reserve, ancillaries (hotels, parking, meals, uniforms) will probably still trail the majors.

If you dont care about upgrade and you dont mind 3-5 legs per day in a 737 until you retire, its a good gig.

Ha! I was read through this and was wondering if maybe I got an invite but it went to junk. The invite arrived LITERALLY as I opened up my mail app.

Now maybe it will work the same for an interview invite!

I received word from SWAP last week indicating that I would be getting an interview. Then, I get this email today as. Not sure its good or bad, but I will be there wearing my prom dress. :-)
