I got the type and it took them years to call me. Only 4 of us had the type in my class. I'd say save your money...

I know people with the type, flying the type, that havent gotten the call. Agreed...save your money. Hiring is (in theory) just getting better.

They just had an entire class where nobody had the type before they were hired.

Besides, isn't it just people who can't get an interview other places who accepts a job at SWA these days

It was for me! I was getting old and Delta wasnt calling so i figured taking the cute girl to prom was an ok consolation prize if the Captain of the cheerleaders isnt calling back.
