FAR 117.3: Suitable accommodation means a temperature-controlled facility with sound mitigation and the ability to control light that provides a flightcrew member with the ability to sleep either in a bed, bunk or in a chair that allows for flat or near flat sleeping position.
Suitable accommodation only applies to ground facilities and does not apply to aircraft onboard rest facilities.

Time for Kelly to go
After Nearly 1,500 cancelled flights and untold millions of dollars lost to lost bookings and hundreds of millions of dollars with terrible fuel hedging losses, it's time for a new CEO. KELLY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

So say you are retired military. Have a print out of your flying records, going all the way back to 1987.
What are you supposed to explain exactly? It's all there, printed out.
Any ex- or retired mil guys care to weigh in here? I don't understand what this guy is talking about - having to "explain" everything.
"yeah, on that sortie back in '99 I only logged MP time, even though I was an IP/EP, and we got shot at by 3 SA-3s and then during my threat reaction I went into the towering CB's. So I was technically IMC, but I don't remember if I logged that as instrument time or not....and then we had to come back and shoot the ILS approach, but I broke out at like 900 AGL, so can I log that as instrument approach or not according to 61? Again, I don't remember if I did or not....maybe I did"
But I do have over 20 years of flying verifiable experience (see USAF printed flight records above)....what are you having to explain - exactly???
There are checks an balances along the way - from PP to ATP. Again, what are you having to explain - exactly?

They'll want to know if you did a mil to civ time conversion and how you did it. There's lots of slightly different ways to do it. They want to know your level of detail and if you can explain your thought process when they have you under a bit of pressure. My suggestion is to have your process typed out and available to hand them or read from. And don't forget to smile.
