You lose credibility when you make statements like this.

Really? With a few exceptions, it's not far from the truth.

A few MAJOR exceptions, I'd say...

I think the best way to put it would be that we are lagging behind the industry standard for major airlines.

In virtually every way. Name it. Pay, retirement, health insurance, hotels, meals, uniforms, parking, reserve language, bidding software... I know that the Skywest folks who I run into around here are amazed at how this company barely meets the bar set by their previous regional contract, and in some cases doesn't come close.

The good news is that there is no psych evaluation, written test, or weird video games to pass or prepare for. Our interview is very straightforward.
If you want to have someone prep you, Rebekah Krone knows her stuff.
What he said! I would say most stressful part for me was logbook review. Be able to explain everything. For the exercise, CRM.

As a former SkyWest pilot, I completely disagree Zap.

The interview starts when you walk up to the ticket counter and ends when you are in your car leaving the airport. Get the paperwork organized exactly how they request it, and get on it right away. Have your logbooks clean and tight. And it's been stated before, but smile and be yourself. Good luck!
